i close the gap between an approved plan and a program that runs.

Most organizations don’t struggle to decide what to do. They struggle to make it happen across sites, staff, budgets, and regulations.
For more than 10 years, I’ve led complex, publicly funded programs in multi-site organizations. I’ve supported implementation and performance improvement across 10 federally funded program sites and overseen program budgets of more than $1.8 million. I’ve directed operational readiness for new sites during an organizational expansion. When a state monitoring review exposed compliance gaps, I led the corrective action.
I’ve also designed leadership pipelines that help organizations promote from within, including a two-cohort fellowship that prepared frontline staff for lead roles.
My approach pairs PMP-grade project discipline with deep knowledge of how adults learn and change. I don’t just manage the plan. I build the roles, tools, routines, and staff capacity to sustain it, then hand it off to a team that can run it without me.
I also teach program administration and professional practice at the college level.
